Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

• Domestic Shipping (within India): We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. For custom or personalized jewelry, processing and delivery may take up to 10-15 business days.

• International Shipping: Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days via registered international courier services. Customs clearance and duties may apply as per the destination country’s regulations.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on domestic orders above ₹1,500. For orders below this, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied.

• International shipping charges vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Packaging and Safety

Jewelry items are carefully packed in tamper-proof, hard jewelry boxes with protective wrapping to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate and complete, including postal codes and contact numbers, to avoid delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take utmost care to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit by courier services. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of expected delivery for assistance.
